To protect the rights of both parties, please record the entire unboxing process on video when opening your package. This helps ensure all items are accounted for.
Claims for missing items, wrong shipments, or defective products must be supported with a complete unedited video recording, starting from the unopened outer packaging.
The video must clearly show the sealed package, unboxing process, product(s), and packing list.
Only original, clear, and unedited video files will be accepted. Videos with fast-forwarding or obvious edits will not be eligible for claims.
🛒 Pre-order Guidelines
Pre-order items are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. These items are custom-made based on your order and therefore cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.
Estimated delivery time for pre-order items is 30–90 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the item arrives early, orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
The expected arrival date is an estimate only. Actual delivery time may vary due to multiple factors. Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged due to delays.
If a pre-order and in-stock item are purchased together, they will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
For international orders, packaging materials will be selected based on the nature of the item. By placing an order, you agree not to request returns or refunds due to additional shipping fees caused by packaging.
If an exchange for a pre-order item is needed, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item (e.g., if received on 4/7, request must be made between 4/8 and 4/14. Requests made on 4/15 or later will not be accepted).
If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued to your member account. Please leave a message in the order comment section to contact customer service. Once your case is reviewed and approved, the store credit will be issued within 14–21 business days, and you will be notified via the order page.
The exchange process takes 14–21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Returned items will first be checked for completeness before refund or store credit is processed.
If the return causes your total order to fall below the threshold for discounts or free shipping, the remaining item(s) will revert to their original price, and outbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if the entire order is returned.
The following are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for returns/exchanges: loose threads, minor fraying, stains smaller than 5mm, size deviations of 1–2cm, color differences due to lighting or display, and scent of new materials.
If the parcel is returned due to non-collection, please contact customer service within 30 days to arrange redelivery and pay the return shipping fee (NT$130).
If no redelivery request is made within 30 days or if the additional shipping fee is not paid, it will be deemed that you have forfeited the order. No refunds will be issued, and we reserve the right to dispose of the product.
According to the “Criteria for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Rescind in Distance Sales”, time-limited sale items cannot be returned or resold once the sale period has ended. Therefore, products sold during a limited-time offer are non-returnable after the sales period ends.
